How can I change my order address?

If you want to change your address after your order is completed, you can contact our customer support team (info@designremo.com), we will be happy to make your address change.

What should I do if I want to send my order to another address?

You can specify the address you want to send during the order. This way you can send it as a gift. You can choose two independent addresses for Invoice and Delivery during the payment phase of your order.

How is the order preparation process adjusted?

If you have paid for your order via EFT/Bank Transfer, your payment will be reflected in our account. If you have paid via credit card, your order will be prepared after the bank's security approval. For purchases made by selecting the cash on delivery method, our support team members will contact you for order confirmation, and after your approval, your order will begin to be prepared.

With which cargo will my order reach me?

We work with YURTİÇİ KARGO for our cargo shipments.

How can I track my cargo?

After your orders are delivered to the cargo, we add the tracking numbers that we receive from the cargo systems to your order. After you receive the SMS informing you that your package has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your e-mail.

If I cannot be reached at my order address, can I deliver to someone else?

All shipments are delivered to the address and the relevant person. Goods/products cannot be delivered from the cargo branch. If the recipient is not at the address, delivery can be made to a relative after checking their identity information.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we do. This shipment is made via PTT.

When you place an order via the Site for a product, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each product you have requested to buy and an estimated delivery date for those items.

Our order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order by us. Once payment has been made for the products you have ordered, we will arrange for the products to be delivered to you. This email confirms that your order has been accepted by us and that a contract is formed.

We reserve the right not to accept your order. This may occur where we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
